Here is my catalogue of any scenarios I have made that are set in any year before and including 1999.
Each scenario has trains using the appropiate liveries based on year set, as well as timetables which are either directly from the year or at least prototypical to the era.
2T35 13:18 Bedford - Gatwick Airport (1991)
On an icy afternoon, drive a Class 319 on a semi-fast service from Bedford to Brighton, calling at all stations to St Albans, with a fast run to Kings Cross Thameslink afterwards.
2G20 08:54 Moorgate - Bedford (1991)
A limited number of Thameslink services in the day run from and to Moorgate, with only one outwards trip in the morning peak. Drive a pair of Class 319s on this service, taking over at Kings Cross Thameslink, operating fast to St Albans before calling at most stations. You'll then take the two units to Bedford North Sidings, where they will be stabled until the evening peak
1E48 09:02 Cambridge - King's Cross (1994)
On a misty summer morning, drive the Saturdays only 1E48, the 09:02 Cambridge to King's Cross semi-fast, taking over at Royston. Calling points are all stations to Hatfield, followed by Potters Bar and Finsbury Park.
5K21 / 2K21 16:05 Edinburgh - Kirkcaldy (1993)
Some evening peak duties await you today, starting with an ECS move from Haymarket TMD to Edinburgh in a Class 150+158 pairing. At Edinburgh, you will detach the two units, which will form separate services. You will take the Class 158 on a stopping service to Kirkcaldy; the Class 150 will be taken by another driver to Cowdenbeath. After the passengers have alighted at Kirkcaldy, you will be tasked to shunt the unit in preparation for its next service.
1H11 11:25 Edinburgh - Inverness (1993)
In the 1993 timetable, one Edinburgh to Inverness express service was operated by a Class 37 hauling coaching stock. On this nice summer day, 37051 is allocated to the service along with some RR Mk2s. You will take the service as far as Kirkcaldy, stopping at Haymarket and Inverkeithing only.
2G03 08:15 Outer Fife Circle (1993)
On a lovely summer morning, drive a Class 150/2 on an Edinburgh and return Fife Circle stopping service, going via Cowdenbeath and Kirkcaldy (in that order), stopping at all stations en route. The morning peak is only just wrapping up, so some leftover traffic may get in your way. This scenario splits at Glenrothes with Thornton.
Railways of Devon & Cornwall - 1980 Scenario Pack
This download contains 10 scenarios covering 12 services for the Railways of Devon & Cornwall route, set in 1980. Trains covered include the Class 31, 43, 50, and 117/118. The total driving time across all scenarios is 12 hours. An additional two scenarios are included for the DPS Barnstaple to Exeter route, albeit continuations of scenarios for RDC.
All scenarios use the 1980 timetable. Loco allocations based on depot and coach formations have been made as accurate as possible, given the resources I have. There are probably a few inaccuracies here and there, if you find one feel free to contact me so I can fix it and improve on my future works - this sort of thing is a stride into new territory for me.
